1) Scope
These Terms govern your use of this website, quote requests, messaging, scheduling, invoices, payment links, and related painting service workflows. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
2) Quotes and project scope
Quotes are based on the project details you provide (photos, dimensions, surfaces, access, timing, and requested finish). Final pricing may change if on-site conditions differ, hidden damage is discovered, or scope expands.
3) Scheduling and access
You agree to provide safe site access, utilities needed for normal painting work, and timely decisions on colors/materials. Delays caused by weather, product availability, site readiness, or restricted access may require schedule updates.
4) Invoicing, deposits, and billing
Approved quotes may require a deposit before work is scheduled. Invoices are due according to the terms shown on the estimate or invoice. Late balances may pause work and can incur allowed collection costs. You authorize Neighborhood Paint Co. and its payment partners to process approved charges.
5) Cancellations and changes
Scope changes must be documented and may affect price and timeline. Cancellations after materials are ordered or labor is reserved may include restocking or scheduling fees where permitted by law.
6) Warranties and limitations
Any workmanship warranty is limited to the written warranty provided for your project. Normal wear, moisture issues, structural movement, and prior coating failure are excluded unless expressly covered. To the maximum extent allowed by law, indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
7) Acceptable use
Do not submit false project information, interfere with site operations, abuse staff, upload harmful files, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts or requests that violate these Terms.
8) Communications
You consent to service-related communications (email, phone, or SMS when provided) for estimates, scheduling, billing, and support. Message/data rates may apply through your carrier.
9) Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable local/state law where services are offered. If any term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect.
